EPA Workshop on Green Infrastructure in New York DEC Locations

EPA and DEC are offering a free one-day workshop in Albany, at DEC's Central Office, on May 7. Live video-conferencing will also be provided at each of the nine DEC Regional headquarters. Purpose

This workshop is intended primarily for municipal governments with wet weather management responsibilities, i.e., stormwater, combined sewer overflows, sanitary sewer overflows and nonpoint source runoff. The workshop will focus on how these programs can be effectively managed using green infrastructure technologies and approaches.

The workshop will include the opportunity for discussions with national experts, municipal operators, and state and federal regulators on the many facets of implementing a green infrastructure program.

Participation certificates will be available for attendees. CEUs will not be issued for this workshop.
